Job Summary: We are seeking experienced personnel to perform maintenance and repairs on furniture, ceilings, walls, and doors, ensuring facilities remain in optimal condition. Key Highlights: 1. Furniture and infrastructure maintenance and repair 2. Report preparation and material management 3. Full-time on-site work REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Service-oriented attitude. * Immediate availability. * Completed high school education. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Perform repairs and quick fixes on wooden furniture to maintain optimal usability and appearance. 2\. Perform quick touch-ups on ceilings and walls to maintain optimal usability and appearance. 3\. Conduct mechanical repairs on doors and partitions to maintain optimal usability. 4\. Carry out scheduled maintenance across various specialties within the room. 5\. Prepare daily activity reports to document productivity achieved. 6\. Compile lists of materials required for scheduled tasks to ensure timely procurement.
