




Job Summary: We are seeking a CEDIS Administrator with experience in fleet management and document control, capable of coordinating maintenance activities and supporting accident-related operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and administer vehicle fleets. 2. Coordinate maintenance and handle accident-related situations. 3. Control tickets, fuel, and confidential documentation. Position: CEDIS Administrator Location: Av Miguel Alemán, Ortiz Rubio, 91750 Veracruz, Ver. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, split shift: 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Compensation: Weekly pay + monthly bonus Benefits: Standard statutory benefits Main Responsibilities: Validate vehicle condition checklists Register and control tickets and manage fuel administration Coordinate preventive maintenance with workshops (check-ups) Support sales staff in accident-related cases (insurance reporting, adjuster arrival, and towing) Generate and control waybills for Panamericano Requirements: Experience in fleet handling and administration Knowledge of valuables handling and confidential documentation Minimum education: Secondary school (preferably high school or technical degree) Strong organizational, follow-up, and accident-response skills Basic proficiency in office tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.) Residence near the CEDIS. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School 2 years of experience Keywords: administrator
