Traffic Manager – Freight Transportation At **TRANSPORTES ELOLA**, we are seeking a **Traffic Manager** to coordinate and supervise our general freight transportation operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise transportation routes. * Manage unit dispatching to ensure efficiency and punctuality. * Monitor on-time delivery and pickup performance. * Handle in-route incidents (accidents, delays, deviations). * Supervise and coordinate operational staff (drivers, assistants, traffic supervisors). * Ensure compliance with safety policies and transportation regulations. * Prepare productivity and operational efficiency reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in freight transportation or logistics. * Knowledge of route planning, satellite monitoring, and traffic control. * Proficiency with fleet management tools (GPS, TMS desirable). * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to make decisions under pressure. * Flexible working hours.
