**Security Agent** *Requirements:* * Availability to rotate shifts. * Open to all genders. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in the position. * Teamwork skills. * Responsible. * Proactive and dynamic. * Honest. * Knowledge of fire safety and CPR. * Basic knowledge of first aid. *Responsibilities:* * Perform walking patrols throughout all areas of the hotel according to the route plan. * Maintain order within the hotel by assisting with situations involving guests and staff. * Manage unwanted behaviors, violations of hotel policies or legal issues to ensure the safety of guests, employees, owners, and property. * Inspect employee packages upon departure from work and monitor access controls to the premises. * Assist and monitor crowd movements within the hotel. * Verify that vehicles enter and exit the parking area properly, with appropriate logbook records. * Report any suspicious individuals, inside or outside the facilities, to the immediate supervisor.
