Drive productivity for manufacturing units Overview: Technology Steward is focused in leading the continuous improvement efforts to add value in every step of the manufacturing processes through supporting operational issues, pursuing improvement opportunities and generating technology related projects. Also ensures close communication and networking with peers and corporate technical resources. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement the unit technology plans. * Develop and implement plans to address identified gaps for KPIs, most effective technology and best practices. * Develop process design for capital Projects. * Drives Continuous Improvement and Productivity for the manufacturing units. Qualifications: * Education: Chemical Engineering, chemical plant operations, chemical process design experience desirable, not required. Postgrad, also desirable. * English, technical, 500 TOEFL points * Technical knowledge: Chemical Process technology, Process equipment design, Process engineering tools, Material and Energy Balances, Unit Operations, Process Safety, Process Simulation, Statistical analysis * Competencies: Effective communication, focus on results, teamwork and collaboration, Innovation, Data analysis and problem solving
