




We are looking for an **HR Manager** with strong leadership and strategic focus to coordinate and supervise all talent management processes at COSEGSA. You will be the key person to ensure an optimal work environment and regulatory compliance, reporting directly to the Administrative Management. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the complete cycle of **recruitment, selection, and hiring**. * Design and implement **internal training programs**. * Coordinate **performance evaluations** and design action plans for continuous improvement. * Assess the **workplace climate** and propose strategies for a suitable organizational environment. * Design and keep updated **job profiles and descriptions**. * Supervise the update of the induction manual and employee records. * Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations within the department. * Promote and ensure adherence to the integrated policy on quality, safety, health, environmental protection, and psychosocial risk prevention (NOM 035 STPS 2018\). **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Professional degree and license in Administration, Business Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in similar roles. * **Technical knowledge:** * NOM 035 STPS 2018\. * Psychometric testing. * IDSE system management. * Employee offboarding process. * **Key skills:** Leadership, organization, teamwork, communication skills, interpersonal relations, and ability to work under pressure. * **Other requirements:** Valid driver's license **Essential** and availability to travel **If you meet the requirements and are ready for this challenging role, we want to hear from you!** Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site
