We are a themed amusement park with presence in different parts of the Mexican Republic, currently seeking a Kitchen Supervisor. Direct hiring by the park. Requirements: * Must have a Tax Situation Certificate (updated RFC under salary and wages regime). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday. * Minimum one year of experience as a supervisor or manager in food service areas, knowledge of FIFO (PEPS), inventory handling and waste control, experience and/or knowledge in fast food chains, experience with point-of-sale systems. * Experience managing staff, leadership skills, and goal achievement. * Education: Completed secondary school, high school diploma, or technical career (must be verifiable).
