**Collection Manager** At Cooperativa Sayula Savings and Loan, we are looking for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Collection Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounts, managing the recovery of at-risk, overdue, and written-off portfolios, as well as contacting our members to negotiate and reach favorable agreements. Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required (related field) 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years old Skills: Negotiation, Conflict Resolution Travel availability: Yes Must know how to drive Responsibilities: 1\. Proven experience in collections management. 2\. Skills in negotiation and conflict resolution. 3\. Solid knowledge in database management and related software. 4\. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5\. Ability to work independently and within a team. 6\. Results-oriented with analytical skills. 7\. Draft payment agreements. 8\. Coordinate collection activities with the lawyer. 9\. Execute credit write-offs. 10\. Prepare monthly reports on collection activities performed. Activities * Analyze portfolios with branches—to identify overdue groups and assist in planning and implementing recovery strategies for such credits. * Analyze the database of written-off portfolios for any collection action. * Conduct field collections, including collecting at-risk/overdue credits, notifying members, and establishing payment agreements. * Visit members with at-risk, overdue, and written-off portfolios. * Coordinate collection activities with the lawyer to deliver cases that have already undergone prior collection efforts. * Visit members with at-risk and overdue portfolios. * Review files of overdue groups to verify they contain credit monitoring background information. * Prepare a monthly report on collection activities performed.
