Ensure proper administration and control of the company’s financial and operational resources by leading the Accounting Department (Accountant, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting Assistant), guaranteeing tax compliance, administrative process efficiency, and strategic decision-making that drives organizational growth. * $32,000.00 net monthly salary * Statutory benefits * 20-day year-end bonus * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. with one-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 25 – 45 years * Flexible schedule availability Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar administrative and finance roles, with direct responsibility for accounting teams. * Proven experience in service-oriented companies, preferably in marketing, logistics, or event production. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Strategic planning and results orientation. * Financial analysis capability and decision-making skills. * Initiative, proactivity, and innovation in administrative processes. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Professional ethics and strong sense of responsibility. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate activities of the accounting area: Accountant, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting Assistant. * Ensure proper financial management of the company, including cash flow, budgeting, payments, and collections. * Guarantee compliance with tax, legal, and administrative obligations. * Design, implement, and supervise internal controls to enhance transparency and efficiency in administrative processes. * Deliver timely and reliable financial reports to support Executive Management’s decision-making. * Develop strategies to optimize costs, profitability, and efficient resource utilization. * Coordinate relationships with banking institutions, suppliers, and tax authorities. * Contribute to the professionalization of the administrative area through standardized processes and innovative management practices. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Timely and accurate submission of financial and tax reports. * Efficiency level in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Optimization of administrative costs and resources. * Team satisfaction and performance under supervision. * Reduction of financial risks and regulatory compliance.
