We seek a passionate professional to join our team and lead our workshop operations. **Job Description** As the Automotive Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for vehicle inspection, confirming faults, and supervising their resolution. Additionally, you will manage workshop personnel and handle key performance indicators. **Requirements** * Education: Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office suite. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Valid driver’s license. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise repair, service, and installation operations on vehicles. * Provide technical support to service advisors to enhance customer service. * Train workshop technicians on fundamental knowledge of engines, electricity, and tool usage. * Ensure an orderly and respectful work environment among workshop staff and other departments. * Review and approve parts requisitions and service orders. * Monitor job progress and communicate delays to customers. * Stay informed about changes in product specifications and innovations. * Prepare daily sales reports and track departmental objectives. **What We Offer** * Base salary. * Attractive commissions. * Statutory benefits.
