Job Summary: Supervises daily store operations, manages staff, controls inventory, and ensures product display and customer service to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily supervision and management of store operations. 2. Leadership and training of the sales team. 3. Inventory control and visual merchandising. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise daily store operations. * Achieve and ensure achievement of sales targets. * Manage and supervise staff (schedules, attendance, and performance). * Train and motivate the sales team. * Control and manage inventory. * Receive and organize merchandise. * Ensure proper in-store product display (visual merchandising). * Address and resolve customer issues. * Manage cash handling, cash reconciliations, and sales reporting. * Supervise store order, cleanliness, and overall appearance. * Implement strategies to increase sales. * Prepare reports for management or corporate. **Requirements** * Experience in sales or retail. * Experience managing staff. * Leadership skills and strong communication abilities. * Flexible availability for scheduling.
