JOIN OUR WORK TEAM AS **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** AT **CHEDRAUI MINATITLÁN** ***Provide maintenance service for store equipment and facilities, as well as repair minor paint, image, or functionality issues on the sales floor.*** *MAIN PURPOSES:* * Address defects or issues arising on the sales floor and with equipment and machinery in all store departments. * Conduct rounds checking temperatures, power, and gas, in addition to entering data into the SAP system. * Intermediate knowledge in refrigeration, electricity, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, and maintenance tools: (drill, grinder, jigsaw, polisher, basic tools, pliers, screwdriver, hammer). *ACTIVITIES:* * Verify that cooling display cases are functioning properly. * Confirm that the cistern's chlorine level is correct. * Inspect electrical panels to ensure proper operation. * Perform routine checks on oven and fermenter equipment. * Repair bakery and tortilla-making equipment. * Carry out routine maintenance on meat department equipment. * Inspect emergency generators and fire-fighting equipment. * Perform general maintenance according to SAP work orders. * Routinely check emergency generator systems as assigned. * Complete tasks indicated in the daily logbook. * Check systems, HVAC, lighting, and generator fuel levels.
