A company focused on the construction industry, in constant growth, is seeking new talent due to project expansion; we are looking for a **CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT** with leadership skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to effectively manage work teams and contractors. **Requirements:** **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Immediate availability to relocate to the project site. **Essential:** * Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions. * Knowledge of construction and project planning. * Knowledge of budget calculation and management. * Familiarity with local regulations and standards regarding safety and environment. * Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with regulations. * Planning and management of construction site safety. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus on project goals. * Experience managing construction projects using project management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or Microsoft Project. **Responsibilities** * Daily supervision of all activities at the construction site, including monitoring work progress, assigning tasks to teams, and managing resources on-site. * Ensure the project progresses according to the planned schedule, preventing delays and resolving any planning issues that may arise. * Guarantee compliance with all safety protocols at the worksite, ensuring worker well-being. * Coordinate and supervise foremen, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers on site, distributing tasks accordingly. * Monitor the supply of materials required for the project. * Ensure all work is carried out according to drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards required by the client and the company. * Maintain constant communication with the project manager, project lead, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated workflow. **Availability to relocate to the project location.** **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one * Per diems * Accommodation * Transportation * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Biweekly payroll payments Job type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages Application question(s): * Do you have availability to relocate during the project duration?
