General Functions  Conduct preventive collections  Follow up on corrective collections  Courtesy calls and visits to distributors to increase loan placements  Personalized attention to distributors.  Preparation of payment receipts.  Generate reports on delinquent distributors and incidents.  Monitor distributors using the payment traffic-light system. Requirements: * 1 year of experience in a similar position (financial sector, credit placement, account follow-up, and portfolio management) * Knowledge of collections * Customer service skills * Report management skills * Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
