Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or related field. * Age: Between 25 and 40 years old. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in operating lathes and handling related tools. * Knowledge: Proficiency in operating lathe equipment and tools, as well as in custom manufacturing and machining processes for mechanical parts. * Ability to work with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to technical specifications.
