**PSI Industrial S.A de C.V.** is seeking an **Installation Coordinator** to join our team in the Installations department. The primary objective of this position is to coordinate and supervise the activities of the personnel under their charge, providing them with the necessary resources to ensure compliance with the assigned project execution schedule. **Key Responsibilities** As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for: * Preparing execution schedules for the assigned project and the necessary purchase requisitions. * Organizing and directing the construction site supervisor to ensure compliance with the established schedule, quality standards, and budgeted costs. * Ensuring that execution schedules are met within the planned time and cost according to operational procedures and current regulations. * Ensuring compliance with the requirements specified in the contract and its attachments. * Maintaining communication with the client and following up on activity progress until delivery of the estimate. * Providing necessary resources at the worksite to supervisors under their supervision. * Advising supervisors on the application of operational procedures and current regulations. * Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing alternative solutions to maintain the company's competitiveness. * Motivating staff in the "continuous improvement" process to achieve the company’s strategic objectives. * Managing financial and human resources for the project (Authority). **Required Profile** * **Education:** Degree and professional license in electronic, electrical, mechatronic, electromechanical, industrial engineering, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in similar roles. * **Knowledge:** Construction standards, industrial safety regulations, cost analysis, and Public Works Law.
