REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in control and monitoring of construction projects \- Experience in preparation and control of construction schedules, budgets, cost analysis and estimates. \- Intermediate level Excel proficiency. \- Knowledge of applicable construction standards. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Project monitoring using internal formats to provide visibility on project progress. \- Control and distribution of project-related documents to involved departments. \- Monitor physical and financial progress of the project. \- Assist in compiling estimates. \- Control of estimates. \- Generate control reports (progress vs. schedule, deviations, performance). \- Keep construction control updated according to planning and execution.
