Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Customs Entry Clerk to execute foreign trade processes, from data entry to file preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into a dynamic team in Veracruz with growth opportunities REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Customs, International Commerce, or related field * Experience: 2 years; experience with textile and footwear clients is preferred * Knowledge: CAAAREM pre-validation processes, RECO, customs entry generation systems, SIR, CASA SKILLS: * Organization and orderliness * Responsibility * Effective communication * Proactivity * Judgment * Teamwork LOCATION: Col. centro, Veracruz, Ver. SCHEDULE: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES: * 1\. Customs entry data entry * 2\. Preparation of COVES * 3\. Digitization of customs entry annexes * 4\. Validation and payment of customs entries * 5\. Compilation of billing files * 6\. Preparation of value declarations and calculation sheets * 7\. Compilation of digital foreign trade files using the EFILE system * 8\. Preparation of bases * 9\. Registration in the GLOSA system * 10\. Accurate and timely customs entry data entry in accordance with Annex 22 LA * 11\. Complete compilation of foreign trade operation files * 12\.
