Position Summary: Crane operator responsible for operating Reach Stackers and Side Loaders to load, unload, and position containers and heavy materials, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate Reach Stacker and Side Loader cranes in the yard and terminal. 2. Ensure proper placement and stability of cargo. 3. Comply with industrial safety protocols and use of PPE. A logistics-sector company is seeking a **Crane Operator** with experience operating **Reach Stackers and Side Loaders**, for maneuvers within yards and terminals. Position Objective Safely and efficiently operate Reach Stacker and Side Loader cranes to load, unload, transfer, and position containers and heavy materials within yards and warehouses, complying with safety regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities * Ensure proper placement and stability of cargo. * Comply with industrial safety protocols and use of PPE. * Report mechanical failures or incidents to the maintenance department. * Assist with special maneuvers within the yard. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Record movements in logbooks or internal systems. Requirements: * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Minimum 2 years’ experience operating cranes (Reach Stacker / Side Loader). * Certification validating crane operation. * Valid driver’s license. * Good physical health. * Experience in logistics yards. * Teamwork, responsibility, and attention to detail. We Offer: * Employment: 3-month probationary period \+ indefinite-term contract. * Salary: $17,000 gross monthly. * Year-end bonus: 15 days. * Vacation bonus: 25%. * Food vouchers: 10% (after 3 months). * Savings fund: 9% (after 3 months). * Restaurant vouchers: $2,000 monthly (after 3 months). * Punctuality and attendance bonus: 3% (after 3 months).
