*JOIN OUR TEAM* **SÚPER CHEDRAUI NANCHITAL** · Ensure the proper functioning of all store equipment and installations through supervision, correction, or implementation of requested changes. · Coordinate the activities of assigned personnel to timely fulfill requirements from various departments. · Ensure that each area operates at 100% capacity, prioritizing each request accordingly. · Maintain equipment and installations in optimal condition. · Manage the budget assigned to the department. · Establish priorities based on requests from each department. · General maintenance knowledge: plumbing, electricity (high and medium voltage), welding, air conditioning, cooling and refrigeration chambers, and Microsoft Office Suite: Office and Outlook. · Handling and application of cleaning chemicals (polishing paste, bathroom cleaners, etc.), polishing techniques, and floor-type knowledge. Personnel administration and management. Repair or fault detection in cooling and refrigeration chambers, plumbing, air conditioning, electricity, and welding. Maintenance of production, refrigeration, and general equipment.
