Position Summary: We are seeking a Diesel Engine Workshop Manager to lead services, manage spare parts, train staff, and ensure implementation of the 5S methodology in Veracruz. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in planning, assignment, and monitoring of services and repairs. 2. Management of spare parts replenishment and continuous training. 3. Implementation and assurance of the 5S methodology in the workshop. Join our team as a Diesel Engine Workshop Manager! Location: Valente Diaz, Veracruz (under the Amapolas Bridge) Base Salary: $18,000 minus taxes \+ guaranteed bonus of $4,000 for the first 3 months; thereafter base salary \+ uncapped commissions Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. / one Saturday per fortnight, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Days Off: 2 Saturdays per month, Sundays, and official holidays Requirements: Valid Class B driver's license and ability to operate standard vehicles Proficiency in SAE and Excel Willingness to travel Prior experience in similar positions is mandatory Experience: Work with diesel and/or gasoline engines (tractors preferred) Supervision of mechanical and administrative personnel under direct responsibility (4 people: 2 mechanics, 1 assembler, 1 controller) Responsibility for managing a workshop Preference given to candidates with agricultural machinery experience Responsibilities: Planning, assignment, and monitoring of customer services and repairs. Replenishment of spare parts and consumables based on demand analysis. Close coordination with plant and customers. Hands-on mechanical work in the workshop or in the field Continuous training for mechanics and assemblers across various brands Implementation and assurance of the 5S methodology in the workshop and spare parts area. Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on services, repairs, and spare parts Would you like to join our team?
