The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects in CDMX and various remote locations. Responsibilities: * Planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects. * Management of work teams and subcontractors. * Ensuring quality and adherence to established deadlines. * Budget and cost control. * On-site problem resolution and decision-making. * Effective communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree required). (Verifiable) * **Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects in a similar Construction Manager role.** * Knowledge of Mexican construction codes and regulations. * ***Cost and budget management, as well as project billing.*** * Leadership and team management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. * Willingness to travel and work at different locations. * **Required competencies:** Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, leadership, attention to detail, teamwork, cost control, time management. * **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency in Mexican construction codes and regulations. * **Microsoft Office:** Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for document management, presentations, and communications. * **Project Management Software:** Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools for project planning and tracking. * **Design Software:** AutoCAD, Revit, or similar for reviewing and modifying drawings and designs. * **Budgeting Software:** Neodata, Opus, or similar for budget preparation and control. * **Collaboration Tools:** Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar for team communication and collaboration.
