




REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Law, Human Resources or related fields. * Courses or specialization in payroll, taxation, or social security will be highly valued. SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. KNOWLEDGE: * Knowledge and use of payroll software (e.g. Aspel, Nomipaq, etc.). * Proficiency in current labor and tax legislation (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, SAR, etc.). * Knowledge of INFONAVIT and FONACOT loan amortization processes. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) for report generation and reconciliations. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation, calculation, and stamping of payrolls (weekly, monthly, extraordinary), including earnings and deductions (loans, advances, child support). * Calculation and payment of food vouchers, Christmas bonus, vacation premium, severance, settlements, and PTU. * Calculation and submission of Payroll Tax (ISN) according to tax regulations. * Management of payroll errors through adjustments and reconciliations. * Administration of earnings and deductions: base salary, overtime, bonuses, etc. * Handling of affiliation transactions with IMSS and SUA (hires, terminations, salary changes). * SUA\-IMSS reconciliation and payment link generation in SIPARE. * Determination and payment of IMSS, SAR, INFONAVIT, and ISN contributions. * Processing of IMSS procedures related to disabilities, maternity, pensions, etc. * Use of official portals (INFONAVIT, SIPARE, IDSE, SUA) to fulfill tax and social security obligations. * Proper determination of base salary for IMSS purposes. * Supervision of INFONAVIT amortizations and FONACOT deductions. * Preparation of tax reports and documentation for audits. * Annual declaration of Work Risk Premium before IMSS. * Generation of payment layouts for bank accounts and payment control. * Safekeeping of documentation related to disabilities and social security.
