Description
**Job Objective:** Evaluate, analyze, and manage construction- and infrastructure-related losses, ensuring proper handling and resolution of incidents to minimize losses and guarantee safety.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* **Damage Assessment:** Inspect and assess damage to properties and structures affected by losses.
* **Technical Analysis:** Conduct technical inspections and root cause analysis of incidents.
* **Collaboration:** Work with insurers, contractors, and other professionals in loss management.
* **Report Preparation:** Document findings and recommendations in detailed technical reports.
* **Work Supervision:** Coordinate and supervise repair work execution.
* **Documentation:** Maintain up-to-date documentation related to managed losses.
* **Inspection and Evaluation:** Assess structural damage to electrical installations, doors and windows, civil works, and finishes.
* **Technical Opinion Writing:** Prepare technical opinions on structural conditions.
* **Knowledge:** Construction codes, safety standards, and local regulations related to loss assessment and repair.
* **Technical Skills:** Preparation of technical reports and presentation of results; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* **Unit Price Estimation:** Use tools such as Neodata or Opus.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
* Mandatory: Degree certificate, Professional License, and e\-signature.
* Software: Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Neodata, Opus.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Willingness to travel: As required for loss inspections and evaluations.
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years in loss management, preferably in the construction sector.
Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term
Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month
