Job Summary: We are seeking Collection Officers for the recovery of overdue accounts, with a focus on field-based operational management and achievement of targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recovery of overdue accounts through in-home collection. 2. Negotiation and closure of payment commitments. 3. Locating and identifying delinquent customers. **FIELD COLLECTION OFFICER – EXITUS CREDIT** At Exitus Credit, we are seeking Collection Officers to recover overdue accounts within the assigned area through direct field-based operational management and achievement of recovery targets. **Responsibilities** * Recovery of overdue accounts through in-home collection * Management of overdue payments * Negotiation and closure of payment commitments * Locating and identifying delinquent customers * Monitoring and tracking of the assigned area We offer * Base salary of $10,000 NET per month * Food vouchers amounting to 7% of salary * Commission plan based on achievement of targets (uncapped) * Christmas bonus: 15 days’ salary * 12 days of vacation * Vacation bonus of 25% * Statutory benefits **Requirements** * Minimum education: High school diploma (incomplete or completed) * Experience in extrajudicial collections (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) * Personal motorcycle * Valid driver’s license * Availability for frequent travel * Tolerance for pressure and rejection * Negotiation and follow-up skills * Results-oriented mindset and administrative control capability * Availability for fieldwork Are you interested?
