We are seeking an Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related-field Engineer to join our team as a Level 2 Support Analyst. We seek a dynamic, proactive individual eager to learn and committed to developing a career with a Latin American leader in managed connectivity solutions (M2M/IoT). Key Responsibilities: * Deliver customer service adhering to the support area’s protocols and quality standards. * Provide timely and satisfactory solutions via email, Zendesk platform, or other channels regarding connectivity, GPS devices or routers, and platforms. * Perform maintenance on asset management systems (FOTA, Scuti, QMS, RMS, etc.). * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and end users. * Provide preventive or corrective support to colleagues across all available platforms and applications. Requirements: * Knowledge of GPS installation and operation. * Experience with GPS hardware. * Familiarity with managed M2M connectivity. * Proactive, dynamic profile with willingness to learn. Conditions: * 3-month probationary period, with potential transition to an indefinite-term contract based on evaluation and performance. * Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
