Responsibilities: * Provide support to the purchasing team in preparing delivery\-reception reports, settlement agreements, amendment agreements, and confidentiality agreements, as well as monitoring the validity of these documents, ensuring all contractual documentation is up to date and complies with established guidelines. * Assist in administrative processes within the contracts and services department, accompany follow-up meetings with service requesters when necessary, and follow up with suppliers to ensure required actions are delivered, facilitating communication and efficient process execution. * Collaborate with buyers in preparing comparative tables for bidding processes and in identifying potential suppliers capable of providing services to Braskem Idesa, contributing to the appropriate and competitive selection of strategic partners. * Support the implementation of best practices within the contracts and services area, as well as monitor key performance indicators to evaluate process performance and efficiency, promoting continuous improvement within the department.
