Ensure Quality through the "Nestlé Quality System". Perform correct operational management within the SAP (GLOBE) system, contributing to achieving operational excellence aligned with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and the Silao Factory Operational Management System guidelines, in accordance with legal requirements for Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management. **A Day in the Life of...*** The employee must identify and report hazards, comply with operational controls, and promote a safety culture by continuously applying occupational safety and health procedures. * Comply with quality requirements (ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000\) through area and equipment cleaning, accurate and timely recordkeeping, application of Good Manufacturing Practices, and adherence to QMS activities. * Apply continuous improvement behaviors to achieve results, eliminate waste, and drive measurable improvements that contribute to goal attainment and outstanding compliance, generating competitive advantage. * Effectively manage the production process by ensuring optimal equipment utilization, proper grinding operation, accurate data capture and system updates, personnel supervision, basic maintenance, raw material management, and execution of TPM activities to guarantee continuous and efficient flow. * Recognize environmental aspects and impacts of activities, properly managing waste and complying with operational controls established under ISO 14001 to foster a sustainability culture. Additionally, ensure proper functioning of grinding systems by verifying, recording, and monitoring scheduled cleanings to prevent flour emissions into the environment. * Proactively comply with corporate vision, mission, values, and principles, responding to communications and participating in meetings with discipline.
