




Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical-minded Process Engineer to identify, analyze, design, and optimize processes, driving operational excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and development of projects for tooling and process improvement. 2. Leading feasibility studies to assess risks and key metrics. 3. Supporting process documentation such as flowcharts and PFMEA. We seek a Process Engineer with an analytical and continuous improvement mindset. The primary objective is to identify, analyze, design, and optimize organizational processes to achieve efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and standardization—thereby driving operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** Planning and development of projects for tooling, capital equipment, products, and processes. Leading and developing feasibility studies to assess project-related risks that positively impact safety, quality, productivity, and cost metrics and KPIs. Quoting and requisitioning tooling, capital equipment, and materials for projects. Tooling kick-off and buy-off. Joint coordination for shipment of materials, tooling, and capital equipment to locations according to project development stages up to home line. Executive reporting on project status and outstanding or critical activities. Updating documents for new programs, such as Tooling Tracker, Equipment Tracker, and Component Tracker. Supporting process documentation such as flowcharts, PFMEA, etc. Presenting executive reports to program executives, plant directors, and department managers. At project closure, assessing final status against the original plan: planned objectives, feedback, and lessons learned. **Requirements:** 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the automotive industry. Experience in industrial, production, or manufacturing environments. Experience in budget and project management.
