Position: Senior Customs and Logistics Coordinator Location: León, Gto. | Work Mode: On-site | Reports to: Senior Coordinator / Logistics Manager Job Objective Support the coordination of foreign trade and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with customs procedures and efficient shipment tracking. Key Responsibilities ● Support import and export management. ● Compile and review customs documentation (customs entries, invoices, certificates). ● Track shipments with customs brokers and carriers. ● Monitor status of goods in transit. ● Support compliance with customs regulations and requirements. ● Enter data into systems and prepare operational reports. ● Assist in resolving basic logistics incidents. ● Control and track delivery timelines. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field. ● 5 years of experience. ● Basic knowledge of customs procedures. ● Familiarity with Incoterms. ● Basic-to-intermediate English (reading proficiency). ● Proficiency in Excel (basic-to-intermediate level).
