




Position Summary: We are seeking a first-level technical support professional to provide operational support for internal systems, collaborate on technological infrastructure, and document IT procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. First-level technical support and incident tracking 2. Assistance with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software 3. Collaboration in testing, adjustments, and basic development of internal systems **\*Required Knowledge**: * Basic user support * SQL * Python, Java, or JavaScript (at least one) * Basic use of Git and version control * Basic proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems * Repair and preventive maintenance of computer equipment **\*Competencies and Skills**: * Willingness to learn * Responsibility and punctuality * Basic organizational skills * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Ethics and confidentiality in information handling **\*Main Responsibilities**: * Respond to and track first-level technical support incidents * Assist with basic installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software * Provide operational support for the company's internal systems * Support server and service migration to the cloud (under supervision) * Collaborate in testing, adjustments, and basic development of internal system modules * Assist with basic technological infrastructure tasks and service monitoring * Perform basic database queries and validations * Document incidents, solutions, and IT department procedures * Comply with IT policies, guidelines, and information security requirements Salary: $2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
