**Requirements:** Education: Technical degree Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in operational supervision roles, coordination of personnel in passenger transportation companies; operational staff management ERP system proficiency Office suite proficiency Leadership, organization, and results-oriented mindset Flexible working hours Work location: CDMX **Responsibilities:** * Ensure drivers comply with internal regulations, uniform requirements, and proper appearance. * Conduct driving tests for new operator candidates and accompany them during their first two days on the job. * Develop and maintain positive, productive working relationships with other employees and departments. * Fulfill work shifts according to attached job role descriptions. * Supervise pre-trip checklists for vehicles. * Resolve user incidents or complaints reported during trips; ensure operators uphold comfort standards and provide courteous service. * Supply vehicles with fuel according to the established schedule. Monitor vehicles and platform via GPS to ensure adherence to designated routes. * Maintain constant communication with operators to guarantee punctual arrival at route starting points; if an operator is unavailable for any reason, the supervisor must operate the vehicle to run the route. **We offer:** Competitive salary: $25,000 monthly Statutory benefits Apply by submitting your updated CV We want to meet you!
