Madero (Vallejo) **Schedule:** Availability to work all three shifts (morning, afternoon, night) **Position Objective** To train and develop monitoring analysts capable of real-time tracking of units via GPS platforms, contributing to operational security and route compliance. **What will you learn?** Use of GPS and satellite tracking platforms. Real-time monitoring of units. Detection and response to operational incidents. Preparation of reports and shift handover follow-up. Communication with drivers and internal departments. Handling of security protocols and incident response procedures. **Responsibilities** Monitor units under supervision. Record incidents in assigned systems. Support drivers operating on routes. Prepare basic operational reports. Comply with established procedures and protocols. **Requirements** Minimum education: Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree or engineering program (Transportation or related field) Not mandatory Intermediate Excel proficiency Willingness to learn and work under pressure.
