Advanced English proficiency is required to interact with global stakeholders, document solutions, and participate in technical discussions. Requirements: Solid experience with Visual Basic technologies: VB6 and/or VB.NET VBA (Excel, Access or other Office integrations) Typically 3–6 years of experience in application support or development using Visual Basic technologies. Prior experience in AMS / Production Support / L2 Support is highly desirable. Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access). Good understanding of application support in production environments. Debugging skills, code analysis, and performance issue resolution capabilities. Experience working with legacy applications and understanding of technical debt. Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy or similar ticketing systems).
