What Are We Looking For? RoR Proficiency: Advanced backend development experience with Ruby on Rails (modern versions and legacy system maintenance). Code Quality: Solid experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development) using RSpec or Minitest. Integrations: Efficient design and consumption of RESTful APIs or GraphQL. Agile Frontend: Proficiency with modern Rails tools (Hotwire, Stimulus) or integration with JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue/Angular). Data Management: Optimization of ActiveRecord queries and PostgreSQL schema design. Your Technical DNA: Ruby / Rails (Mandatory). PostgreSQL / Redis / Sidekiq.
