This position focuses on supporting the launch of new medical services, working directly with specialist physicians, hospitals, and high-technology medical devices.

**What will be your primary challenge?**
Becoming a fundamental part of implementing and stabilizing new hospital services in various cities nationwide, providing clinical and technical support during high-specialty medical procedures.
Your participation will be critical to:
* accompanying procedures
* supporting specialist physicians
* validating materials and devices
* ensuring correct service operation
* and operationally training local staff during the launch of new projects.
**Main responsibilities**
* Provide clinical support during hospital procedures.
* Provide technical assistance to physicians during the use of specialized medical devices.
* Participate in the launch of new hospital services.
* Verify proper usage and availability of materials and supplies.
* Manage hospital inventory and consignment records.
* Prepare operational and administrative reports.
* Identify and report incidents or adverse events.
* Provide support and follow-up during the initial stabilization of services.
**Required profile**
* Bachelor’s degree or Technical Nursing program.
* Professional title and official license (Cédula Profesional) are mandatory.
* Desired experience or interest in:
* Operating room
* Hemodynamics
* Surgical instrumentation
* Hospital procedures
* Strong service orientation and patient-centered focus.
* Full availability to travel.
* Excellent attitude and willingness to learn.
* Availability to work evening shifts from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and weekend availability to cover on-call duties
Salary: $9,500\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per month
