We are looking for a Strategic and Operational Logistics Operations Leader capable of leading teams and ensuring efficient operations across multiple distribution centers. **What will be your impact?** * Design and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient, high-quality service. * Plan operations according to business demand and requirements. * Define staffing structures (HC) to maximize productivity and results. * Analyze operational and financial KPIs to support decision-making. * Coordinate and lead work teams, including warehouse managers. * Supervise various operations within the eastern zone of Mexico City (CDMX). * Drive continuous improvements in logistics and operational processes. **What we seek in you:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or distribution. * Experience in distribution centers, preferably in the food or perishable goods sector. * Analytical profile, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar. * Experience leading operational teams. * Willingness to travel between different operational sites. * Personal vehicle required. **What we offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $25,000 to $35,000 (based on experience). * Full statutory benefits. * Gasoline vouchers. * Savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 hrs or 9:00–17:00 hrs (depending on operational needs).
