Requirements: * Availability to travel * Strong writing and spelling skills * Knowledge of sales techniques Responsibilities: * Conduct and replicate training sessions at branches * Contribute creative ideas for training content * Update presentations and courses * Deliver in-person training at points of sale * Generate reports and analyze metrics as needed * Validate proper sales processes and techniques * Identify poor practices at branches * Analyze and promote new sales strategies * Gather information We offer: * Monthly salary of **$10,000 net** * Bi-weekly payments * Monthly bonus * Statutory benefits from day one. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, plus occasional Saturdays Work location: **Av.
