




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, provide technical assistance, and handle support requests. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team as a **Technical Support Assistant** Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the following areas: * Intermediate-level knowledge of maintenance for high-volume scanners and printers. (**Canon**, Xerox, HP, Fujitsu, or similar) (**Mandatory**) * Corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment and servers. * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive. (**Mandatory**) * Intermediate knowledge of web-based help desk systems. **Required Knowledge:** * Intermediate-level knowledge of maintenance for high-volume scanners and printers. (**Canon**, Xerox, HP, Fujitsu, or similar) * System architecture (Linux, Windows 8 through latest version, Windows Server) * Hardware diagnostics * Quotation preparation * Administration of Windows and Linux servers * On-site support * Basic knowledge of switches and routers * Knowledge of web-based help desk systems * Responsibilities: Perform necessary preventive and corrective maintenance on high-volume scanners and computer equipment. * Provide technical assistance to computer equipment across various departments, ensuring service quality and timeliness for internal customers, as well as supporting document reviews. * Handle first- and second-level support requests generated via the institutional support portal. * Perform and/or validate scheduled backups of critical information. * Review reports generated by monitoring tools and address them per established procedures. * Assist in managing, administering, and updating the IT inventory. * Support activities related to installation and maintenance of network and computing infrastructure at headquarters and project sites. * Document technical procedures and guidelines related to assigned tasks and maintain them accessible on the internal network. * Perform other duties related to the position; prepare project progress reports. * Research, test, and analyze software and hardware products potentially applicable to staff functions. * Comply with all policies set forth by the Information Technology Management department and those established by the organization. * Perform any other duties assigned in accordance with job responsibilities. Work location: Magdalena Contreras, CDMX **Schedule**: * Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 hrs (flexible time availability and willingness to travel when required) * Saturdays: Remote support, 9:00–13:00 hrs, as needed Valid driver’s license, Class A (Mandatory) **Salary**: $11,000 net monthly + PL **Immediate Hiring!**
