




Position Summary: We are seeking an Application Support professional to handle and resolve incidents, monitor applications, manage tickets, support end users, develop new functionalities, and optimize applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Application incident handling and resolution 2. Development of new functionalities and performance optimization 3. Additionally, we operate the Park Royal Hotels \& Resorts chain, comprising 14 hotels in Mexico and 4 international properties in Puerto Rico, Miami, Orlando, and Buenos Aires. Currently, we are seeking an **APPLICATION SUPPORT** **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency * Specialization: Computer Systems or related field **Responsibilities:** * Handling and resolution of incidents (errors, outages). * Continuous application monitoring. * Ticket management and tracking. * End-user support. * Escalation of incidents to higher support levels (N2, N3\). * Identification and resolution of bugs. * Correction of functional and technical errors. * Implementation of urgent production fixes. * Development of new functionalities. * Execution of business process changes. * Application performance optimization. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Programming Languages: C\#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, Go, and .NET * Tools: Postman, Visual Studio * SQL: Intermediate to advanced level (programming and performance tuning) * Support: Incident handling and resolution * Methodology: Experience working with DevOps approach **Schedule and Benefits:** * Remote work * Professional development opportunities and training resources. * Flexible work arrangements
