Lasec. 201, Col. ciudad gobierno, parque Quantum, Zacatecas, Zac. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field. * 1–3 years of experience (professional internships, academic or personal projects count). * Experience with Python-based projects, computer vision libraries and frameworks (OpenCV, scikit-image, YOLO, TensorFlow, TensorFlow Lite). * Programming in Python and C++. * Basic electronics knowledge. * Object detection and segmentation architectures (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, Mask R-CNN, Detectron2, etc.). * Knowledge of image and signal processing. * Proficiency with data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib). * Familiarity with Git and collaborative platforms. * Experience with Embedded Linux (Yocto Project) on application processors (NXP i.MX, NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, MaaXBoard or similar platforms). * Knowledge of Deep Learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers applied to vision). * Experience with GPU, NPU or accelerated environments (CUDA, cuDNN). * Participation in research projects, competitions or hackathons related to Embedded Linux or AI. * Technical English (documentation reading; conversational English preferred) * Office and LaTeX ***Tasks and Responsibilities:*** **Model Development and Training:** * Develop, train and deploy AI models focused on object, motion and pattern identification (detection, classification, segmentation, tracking). * Pattern recognition in signals, audio and images. * Data, audio and video preprocessing (time-domain, frequency-domain analysis, etc.) and data labeling. * Experimentation with optimization techniques and hyperparameter tuning. **Implementation and Optimization:** * Adapt and optimize models to run on Embedded Linux devices or low-power processors (Jetson Nano, i.MX, Linux-based processors, TensorFlow Lite, ONNX, TensorRT). * Develop Python and C++ scripts to automate training and validation tasks. * Collaborate on integrating computer vision models into real-time systems on Embedded Hardware. **Validation and Testing:** * Evaluate model performance using standard metrics (accuracy, recall, F1-score, IoU). * Document results and propose improvements to the algorithms used. * Conduct robustness testing of AI models under varying lighting conditions, motion, noise, etc. **Interdisciplinary Collaboration:** * Work alongside software, hardware and design engineers to integrate AI solutions. * Contribute to technical reviews and share findings with the team. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * 10% savings fund * Vertical career growth.
