We are experts in integrating export-oriented technology projects and are seeking technical support specialists to join our team: Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum experience: 1 to 2 years. * Flexible working hours. * Strong understanding of operating systems, networks, and office software. * Demonstrable experience in technical support. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Work location: **Reforma, CDMX** Required knowledge: * Maintenance of computer equipment. * Operating system management. * Network installation and configuration. * Implementation of preventive and corrective systems. * Information backup control. * Hardware and software inventory and control. * Installation of hard drives, memory modules, and operating systems. * Cloning. * Formatting.
