Junior Project Architect

Description

**Main Responsibilities** * Collaborative development and design of vertical housing (apartments). * Preparation of conceptual and executive architectural proposals. * Architectural modeling in Revit. * Generation of architectural renders and presentations using rendering engines. * Development of architectural drawings. * Architectural surveys and site visits. * Coordination and tracking of technical project information. * Interpretation and application of the Mexico City Construction Regulations. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Architecture. * Proficiency in: * AutoCAD 2D * Revit * Photoshop * Rendering engines (Lumion, V\-Ray, Enscape, Twinmotion or similar) * Knowledge of the Mexico City Construction Regulations. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Design judgment and architectural problem-solving skills. * Availability for surveys and site visits. Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
