ATLAS DEL DESCANSO IS SEEKING YOUR TALENT AS DEMAND PLANNING ANALYST REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. EXPERIENCE 3 years in data analysis, inventory management, supply chain, or related areas. Retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) experience is desirable. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, databases). Desirable: Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). Basic knowledge of forecasting and demand analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES Generate sales forecasts by branch, region, channel, or category. Analyze historical sales data, trends, seasonality, and market behavior. Monitor inventory levels and product turnover. Identify deviations between forecasted and actual sales. Propose strategies to improve forecast accuracy. Coordinate with commercial, procurement, logistics, and operations departments. Prepare executive reports and demand-related KPIs. Track high- and low-turnover products. Participate in promotion planning, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Identify risks of overstock or stockouts. Maintain updated databases and analytical tools.
