Description

**Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of technical drawings for permits and licenses. * Drawing of metal structures for advertising signage. * Integration of technical drawings and construction details. * Development of graphic documentation for permit processing and government agencies. * Conducting on-site physical surveys. * Updating and correcting as-built drawings. * Interpretation and application of the Mexico City Construction Regulations. * Technical coordination with engineering and permit processing departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Architecture. * Proficiency in: * AutoCAD 2D * Revit (preferred) * Photoshop * Experience in technical drafting and preparation of drawings for permits. * Knowledge of metal structures. * Familiarity with the Mexico City Construction Regulations. * Attention to detail and technical organization. * Availability for site visits and surveys when necessary. Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
