As the Institutional Designer, your objective will be: to design, develop, and implement high-level visual solutions that strengthen institutional communication, ensuring brand consistency, aesthetic excellence, and communicative clarity. Responsibilities * Development of institutional materials (reports, manuals, executive presentations, strategic infographics) * Continuous improvement of departmental graphic standards * Development, editing, and layout of landing pages * Translation of institutional needs into functional digital solutions * Design and optimization of landing pages and microsites * Evaluation and enhancement of user experience (UX) * Execution of usability testing and interface optimization * Development of visual campaigns for internal and external projects * Design for multichannel institutional communication (digital and physical) * Translation of complex data into high-impact visual assets * Ensuring visual consistency across all formats (Office, digital, web, social media) * Evolution of the institutional graphic system * Standardization and optimization of institutional templates * Simultaneous management of multiple projects with shifting priorities * Management of graphic vendors and external requests * Project and production management * Coordination with various departments to gather requirements Experience 3 years in a similar position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (degree required) We offer: $25,000 gross monthly salary Statutory benefits Opportunity for growth Salary: $25,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
