Join us to leverage your expertise and leadership—apply today. **Responsibilities** * Handle production incidents, service tasks, and routine operational duties efficiently * Deliver on\-call support during US CST schedules and for significant system disruptions * Incorporate small\-scale feature changes, technical patches, and maintain Java applications * Diagnose and repair backend microservices and REST API functions * Carry out unit tests for all new and revised code * Administer change request processes including initiation and deployment approval * Maintain compliance with coding guidelines, continuous integration, and testing standards * Engage in daily agile meetings, handoffs, and cooperative work sessions * Advise and mentor team members with technical guidance * Assist offshore teams to clear obstacles and structure workload priorities * Work collaboratively to secure client satisfaction and service quality * Encourage enhancements to support procedures and operations **Requirements** * Comprehensive Java development background with Spring MVC and Spring Boot * Demonstrated ability to lead development teams successfully * Proven expertise in enterprise production support * Familiarity with APIs, microservices engineering, and Kubernetes * Strong analytical and problem\-solving competencies * Exceptional communication proficiency * Highly self\-driven and dependable approach * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) English capability * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar * Advanced degree in a related field is advantageous **Nice to have** * Applied knowledge of Java microservice platforms * Expertise in Spring Core framework * Experience with SQL databases and log monitoring/analysis tools
