Job Summary: We are seeking a Surveyor with experience in building construction to perform land surveys, layout work, construction verification, and progress monitoring, demonstrating leadership and teamwork. Requirements: **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying Engineering. **Relevant work experience**: 3 years (preferred) **Age range**: 24 to 45 years old. **Knowledge and skills**: • Minimum 1 year of field experience, preferably in building construction * Proficiency in AutoCAD and CivilCAD * Knowledge of total station, GPS, levels, or drones * Leadership and teamwork * Availability of time **Responsibilities and tasks to be performed**: * Conduct precise land surveys and measurements. * Perform layout and positioning of structural elements on site. * Verify elevations and monitor construction compliance with drawings. * Track project progress and identify deviations during construction. * Prepare reports and manage surveying data. **Notes**: Valid driver's license (preferred) **We offer**: Base salary, statutory benefits, option for indefinite-term contract, continuous training, and opportunity for growth.
