Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive Quality Supervisor with logistics experience to ensure product and process quality through internal audits. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring quality standards At LOGAM, we are looking for a committed and proactive Quality Supervisor with experience in logistics environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Warehouse / logistics management systems: ERP, SAP, WMS, handheld / scanner operation for location/inventory verification. * Quality tools handling: sampling, defect identification, visual inspections, basic measurements. * Inspection of received goods: verify arrival in good condition, undamaged, with correct packaging, free from moisture, mold, etc. * Verification of product specifications: label, expiration date, batch number, instructions, customer standards. * Segregation of defective / non-conforming products. Incident reporting. * Storage control: environmental conditions, cleanliness, organization, good practices. * Verify compliance with **receiving, storage, picking, labeling, and shipping** processes. * Conduct internal floor audits to ensure adherence to operational procedures and quality regulations. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in related fields (Food, Quality, Logistics or similar). * Minimum experience in relevant positions. * Solid knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, GMP, etc.). * Proficiency in statistical tools and data analysis.
