We are seeking a Payroll Specialist **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Technical knowledge of: * Federal Labor Law (FLL). * Social Security Law (SSL), INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IDSE. * Payroll systems (any software). * Experience in payroll calculation and processing (biweekly, weekly, monthly). * Experience in payroll outsourcing is desirable (desirable). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. **Responsibilities** * Client interaction and support for diverse clients. * Payroll calculation and electronic stamping (timbrado) for all payroll periods. * Calculation of severance payments and settlements. * Preparation of bank layouts (LAYOUTS). * Review and data entry of payroll incidents. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in the payroll system (SUA, IDSE). * Calculation of ISN and ISR. * Analysis of INFONAVIT and FONACOT loan withholdings, savings accounts, and savings funds. * Preparation of payroll reports. **We offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Biweekly payments. * Food vouchers. * Professional development opportunities.
